Rev. Jonathan Manor
Pastor
Pastor Manor was born and raised in eastern Iowa, living for many years in the Quad Cities. He is a second career pastor having first attended the University of Northern Iowa, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in business management. His first career was in retail management. Many people find it interesting that Pastor and his wife owned and operated a Dairy Queen and Karmelkorn Treat Center in Davenport, Iowa prior to attending the Seminary.
Pastor Manor enrolled in Concordia Seminary in June, 2001 and received the Master of Divinity degree in 2005. He has served the Lord during his Seminary years and as pastor at churches in Missouri, Connecticut, and Michigan. In the fall of 2007 he received the divine call to serve as Pastor at Our Redeemer Lutheran Church and moved to Bloomington, IL.
Pastor Manor is married to Tiffany. The Lord has blessed Pastor and Tiffany with four children, Marissa, Grant, Grace, and Melia. In their spare time, the Manor family enjoys camping, music, reading, and many sports activities.
Arlyn Meyer
Director of Youth and Family Ministry
Arlyn was born and raised in northeast Iowa and joined the Our Redeemer family as the Director of Youth and Family Ministry in 2003 after receiving his degree in elementary education from the University of Northern Iowa. Recently, he was certified as a Director of Christian Education through Concordia University in St. Paul, Minnesota, and continues in the ministry of Word and Service with children, youth, and adults of all ages.
In his free time he enjoys running and playing sports, wood carving, music, playing guitar, and spending time outdoors.
